I ensure I don’t carry my onscreen persona beyond set says Ariah Agarwal

Ariah Agarwal

Mumbai, 8th February 2021: Glam girl Ariah Agarwal is currently seen in Dangal TVs Prem Bandhan.  She is seen playing a negative role for the very first time.  Playing negative characters can be extremely challenging and demanding for an actor as getting into the characters psyche is crucial.  Without doing so, the character can get lost.   While Ariah has successfully managed to fit into Shweta’s shoes, she ensures she does not leave her bubbly and fun personality behind while not doing a seen.

At times you may see her playing along with the dogs on set and at times she can be spotted recording some hilarious videos with her co-stars.  Ariah says, “I generally am a very fun and easy going person and enjoy spending time with people. All my co-stars are great people and I am really enjoying being a part of the show.  Interestingly, sometimes people assume that I am like my on-screen character Shweta who is totally the oppositely who I am in real life.  I ensure I get out of Shweta’s persona soon after I hear cut! I think it’s important to not lose yourself especially when portraying such roles. So you will often see me playing fetch with the dogs on the set or even feeding them. I’ve even gone to the extent of naming them all. One of them has been named Chi-Chi. They’ve become friends with the rest of the cast too.  Besides this, we shoot some random stand up videos that are really funny.  So yes, I do ensure that I am myself off the camera.”

Ariah’s Co-stars too agree with her thought on this. In fact, break time has become bonding time with videos, dogs and a lot more of fun activities.

Don’t forget to catch Ariah Agarwal as Shweta in Prem Bandhan from Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm only on Dangal TV.

Prem Bandhan is a story about an independent girl who has the responsibility of her family on her shoulders and how she meets a cross road and ends up marrying a businessman with a mysterious past.
